I was delighted with their custom-made, high-design bolsters for my Fortuny fabric from Italy that I supplied. Beautiful work, exactly as I wanted. Easy to work with and great customer service. I will recommend them highly.
B &T reupholstered a pair of armchairs for me. They had a wide selection of materials to choose from and I am very happy with the results. The padding underneath is comfy and the 1960's mid-century modern chairs went from the back of the garage to my home office. The cracked vinyl and degraded padding are gone and replaced with a lovely fabric.

I had my draperies installed today. Really wonderful and professional job performed by Jamin Osborne and his crew. The job was performed timely and Jamin was very courteous from the first time we met him. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him and B & T Custom draperies. Neela
I contacted B&T Custom Draperies after a different company made drapes for the oversized sliding door window in my living room and left me with a terrible set of curtains that looked similar to a ballroom dress. Too much material was stacked on too many rings on the curtain rod (see 2nd and 3rd pictures). The seam on one of the sheers came apart and when I contacted the company that made them, I never heard back. That entire project cost me $4,500 and took approximately 6 months to fully complete; however, not to my satisfaction.
B & T Custom Draperies came to the rescue! They were reliable, punctual, responsive, and kept me informed about the status of my project at all times. Just within a few weeks, they made stunning drapes for me out of a beautiful material I chose from their wide selection (see first picture). They even fixed the sheer with the lost seam at no additional cost. I wish I had found this company sooner. It would have saved me so much frustration and money. I strongly recommend them if you are looking for classy, high-quality window decoration and outstanding customer service.
